NRL has taken home The Online Creative Marketing Award (Niche category) at the Onrec Awards 2015. The awards aim is to recognise the impressive efforts made by companies to promote and market themselves.
The NRL Group rebranded and launched a new website for its subsidiary company Petrolic in April 2014, focussing on the user journey making the site accessible for mobile and tablet devices. The responsive design featured a job feed which automatically added all new positions within minutes of Petrolic recruitment consultants sourcing the positions.
The website included a knowledge hub providing users with information on everything from career planning to preparing for an interview and a log in area offering job seekers the opportunity to upload their CV to Petrolic’s database and apply in one click.
Since April 2014 the website has had over 100% more visitors and 115% more page views in the vacancies section compared to the previous period.
