Recruitment and contracting company, NRL Group, has reached its 30th year in industry and as part of this achievement has embarked on a new digital strategy; launching its new responsive customer interface.
The new website is focussed on the user journey making the site accessible for mobile and tablet devices. The responsive design features a job feed which automatically adds all new positions within minutes of NRL recruitment consultants sourcing the positions.
The website has a knowledge hub, which provides users with information on everything from career planning, CV preparation and how to prepare for an interview, as well as a log in area which offers job seekers the opportunity to upload and save their CV to NRL’s database.
Once logged in, users can apply for a job with just one click and their CV is then made available to all of NRL’s recruitment consultants; giving job seekers more opportunities to help them find their perfect job.
