NRL Limited have entered Recruiter’s annual HOT 100 agency listing at a record high, thanks to an increase in productivity and revenue ranking them 12th in the top 100 report.
The listing, that comprehensively analyses recruitment agencies on their financial performance against headcount, identifies how well companies leverage the strength of their employees.
Data analysts Agile Intelligence, who scrutinise each agency, sighted a productivity growth exceeding 51% compared with 2017 despite a reduced headcount, as a key driver for NRL’s high performance.
Discussing the increased ranking, NRL’s Chief Operating Officer David Redmayne commented:
I’m delighted to see NRL rise into the top 20 of Recruiter’s HOT 100 listing thanks to a strong increase in productivity.
This drive from across our business positions NRL as the second best performing engineering agency in this year’s list, which is testament to the great relationships our branches build with our clients.
