NRL Limited has been listed as the third top-performing recruitment agency in the Top 10 technical list, part of Recruiter’s annual Hot 100 rankings.
Established 35 years ago, the recruitment business has developed strong expertise in technical and engineering sectors such as oil & gas, nuclear and civil engineering, helping support growth in core markets.
The listing, devised each year by Recruiter magazine in conjunction with Agile Intelligence, analyses the performance of agencies against market growth and operating profits.
Recruiter recognised NRL’s strong contract resourcing on major projects as the main factor for growth, having supported some of the UK’s leading infrastructure works. A significant up trade in offshore wind energy also contributed to record gross profit.
Discussing the listing, NRL’s Chief Operating Officer David Redmayne commented:
“To be recognised as the third best performing technical agency by Recruiter is a fantastic achievement for our recruitment teams. The report analyses the performance of each agency looking at productivity and utilisation of resources, so it is particularly satisfying to see NRL leading the way.
Our regional branches work relentlessly to support our clients with innovative resourcing solutions to secure the best candidates and contractors. I’m delighted to see that this focus on their local markets and affluent industries continues to deliver success to our business.”
