Contractor Service Providers PSL
At NRL we appreciate how important it is for contractors to achieve the best possible advice when deciding which trading model they should use when working with us. Legislation prevents us from providing this advice, but we appreciate that it is a key decision for many of our candidates: which is why we have put together a preferred supplier list (PSL).
These suppliers provide expert advice, helping candidates to decide which trading model will suit their needs. All of the companies on our preferred supplier’s list have undergone our compliance audit process- which has given us the confidence to include them on this list:

As mentioned, legislation prevents us from providing independent advice on which trading model candidates should use. It is entirely your decision on the final route that you decide to take. If at any point however you are finding it hard to make a decision, or identify a supplier that suits your specific needs, then we would advise you to seek independent guidance before you engage through any company.
Our preferred supplier list should only be viewed as a guide and therefore if you would like to explore the services offered by other third parties then you may do so independently. Although, if you do choose to use the services of a third party to establish a company through which you provide your services, then any information supplied by NRL (An NRL Company) about such third parties is provided only on an impartial basis.
NRL cannot give any guarantee concerning the quality of the advice and/or documentation provided by such third parties and it is, therefore, your responsibility to ensure that any company established complies with all current relevant legislation. Further to this, NRL will not be liable for any losses, costs, claims, expenses, penalties or other liabilities incurred by that company, including those which arise as a result of your use of the services of such third parties. The list of companies displayed on this page is neither permanent nor exhaustive.
NRL reserves the right to remove entities from the list displayed on this website, should any of the providers fail to satisfy compliance checking procedures at any time. If a provider listed fails a compliance check, then we may ask you to provide your services through an alternative provider. Compliance requirements in this area are very complex and best practice is constantly changing. You should, therefore, be aware that compliance checking is not intended to be, and cannot be, a comprehensive audit on which you or any third parties can rely. Compliance checking does not replace the need for you to carry out your own checks when using professional advisors.
Our compliance checks only cover organisations based in the United Kingdom (please note: the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not part of the UK). We are unable to work with intermediaries that are based overseas or offshore.
