NRL is firmly committed to structured management systems for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality and has embarked on an extensive investment to this end.
Total commitment to safety standards in the workplace
The safety of our contractors while on assignment is of the utmost importance to NRL. We adopt a proactive approach to promote health, safety and environmental policies, and our HSE policy is the foundation of each and every assignment we undertake.
The NRL approach to HSE
We work closely with our clients to ascertain any health and safety policies relating to their projects, so that we are able to communicate these important aspects of a project with prospective candidates. Furthermore, we are able to include any health and safety policies in our contractors’ contract to better communicate what is expected from our contractor workforce when on assignment.
Our commitment to HSE doesn’t stop when we place a contractor, quite the opposite. We work closely with site management to monitor and record the HSE performance of our contractors and keep up to date records on our CRM system. If our contractors’ HSE performance needs addressing we can assist our clients with this, and our consultants regularly visit site to sit in on safety talks and site inductions.
