At NRL, we value the communities we work in, which is why we feel it is our social and corporate responsibility to give back to them.
We also believe that it is important for staff members to support a cause that they are passionate about. To help them with this, we operate an employee charity support programme; allowing all of our employees to dedicate one day per year to help, volunteer and/or raise money for a local charity or cause of their choice.
Our charity initiatives have given us the opportunity to transfer skills and experience to local communities and raise thousands of pounds for causes and organisations which our staff care deeply for.
Over the past few years, our staff have helped and supported a wide variety of charities, causes and initiatives, including the West Cumbrian Community Heroes Awards and the BBC’s Children in Need.
In addition, we strive to act as a fair and supportive employer, upholding our corporate social responsibility by nurturing the skills and talents of our staff members.
